Temporary HR- Training & Recruitment (HRT)

 

PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) is a State-owned enterprise established in 1973, with owned by  the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Finance. Currently,  PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia is seeking for a 4 months Temporary HR - Training & Recruitment (HRT) and Compensation & Benefit (HRCB)

Temporary HR- Training & Recruitment (HRT) requirement:
·    Male/Female, bachelor degree (minimum)
·    Having min. a year of experience HR (Recruitment & Training)
·    Having deep knowledge on Human Resources activities
·    Able to work as team.
·    Having good persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills.
·    Proactive and high initiative.
·    Responsible, Adaptive, and fast learner.
·    Computer literate (especially Microsoft office).
·    Can join us on April, 2016

Temporary HR- Compensation & Benefit (HRCB) requirement:
·    Male/Female, bachelor degree (minimum)
·    Having min. a year of experience HR (Compensation & Benefit)
·    Having deep knowledge on Human Resources activities
·    Able to work as team.
·    Having good persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills.
·    Proactive and high initiative.
·    Responsible, Adaptive, and fast learner.
·    Computer literate (especially Microsoft office).
